When will I receive my nutritional plan?

Once you answer the questions on our survey, our team will prepare your personalized nutritional plan in 3 to 5 working days. You will receive a notification email with your username and password. Then, when you log back onto our site, your very own dietary plan will be there for you.

How much will I pay?

Our nutritional plans cover a monthly period and will only cost 45€. The total amount of money you will spend by the end of your diet period depends on how many pounds you need to lose. Please keep in mind that our diets will help you achieve a weight loss of 7–10 pounds per month (3–5 kilograms). So, if you need a total weight loss of 30 pounds you will have diets for approximately four months, which means that you will pay $208 totally. You can always take up our 3-month programs for only 125€ and get a discount of $16.

Are your nutritional plans difficult to follow?

No, our diets are easy to follow and consist of food that you can find in every restaurant or super market globaly. See Our Nutritional Plans.

Will I have to cook my meals in special ways?

First of all, you will not have to cook at all, if you don’t want to, or if you can’t. You can order your meals via a delivery. Now, if you want to cook, you will not have to prepare anything special. All your meals will consist of food prepared in the most natural way as if you are not on a diet.

Will I have to stop going out with my friends or my family, or stop eating at restaurants?

No, our dietary plans, as we said before, consist of food that can easily be found in any place. They are not cooked in any special way and therefore you will not have to follow difficult preparation instructions. This means that you can continue your social life or your public relation activities without having to refrain from anything at all.

Will I get hungry?

You may feel hungry, only for some days during the month. However the rest of the days you will not feel hungry at all. Our nutritional plans are created in such a way that will keep you full for the whole day. They will give you the necessary amount of energy that your body needs and they will help you burn all the excess fat, without losing your muscular volume. So, you will manage to lose weight and not being hungry. Isn’t that wonderful?

How much weight will I lose per month?

The estimated monthly weight loss will be 7 – 10 pounds (3 – 5 kilograms).

Are the meals of your nutritional plans expensive?

No, they are not expensive at all. Please remember that our diets are addressed to ordinary people, and therefore they could not be expensive.

Can other individuals follow the diet you created for me?

We strongly advise you not to distribute your nutritional plans to other persons. Our dietary plans are created especially for you, according to the data you have provided by taking our survey. If another person starts following a diet which is not created for him/her, the results may be unpredictable.

You claim that I will lose 7 – 10 pounds per month. It doesn’t seem too much to me. Can I lose more?

There are different aspects we have to take under consideration for this matter. One aspect is our goal, which is to help you burn the excess fat that your body has at the moment. At the same time we want to keep your muscular volume intact. At this point we have to clarify that we are talking about fat loss. You don’t just need to lose weight, in any way possible. This is not healthy. What you really need is to burn fat and preserve your muscles as well. Therefore, it is imperative to lose a specific amount of pounds during each month, in order to give your body the appropriate time to adjust to the new conditions. Trust us. When you see the results after only two months, you will understand that a total fat loss of 14 – 20 pounds is not a little amount. Your body will be completely different.

Weight loss was always very difficult for me. Will I really lose weight with your diets?

Yes, you will really lose weight, if you really stick to the diet we will provide you with. You should be focused and determined, because any deviation from the plan will only delay the desired results and will be a loss of your time, your money and your hopes. However, if you follow your diet and start losing weight, your fulfillment will be priceless.

Can I have the same diet for two or more months?

Our diets cover a monthly period. By the end of the month and according to your progress we change them. One month is never the same with the other. There will be a big difference. You will lose weight and fat loss will change the amounts of necessary ingredients, proteins, carbohydrates and fat your body needs. So, we adjust your diet every month in order to get the best out of this wonderful change and to keep your body burning and burning that fat away.

After I reach the desired weight, will I be able to keep it there?

Yes you will be able to do it, for two reasons. First of all, during the diet period you eat like you are not on a diet. You will prepare your meals in the way you were used to. What we really help you to do is to modify your eating habits and to control your calorie intake, rather than cutting down on oil, salt or having you prepare your food in steam, etc. We do not want you to adopt cooking habits that you will not be able to keep for ever. Second of all, by the end of the diet period, we will give you some simple rules and advice, on how to keep your weight at the desired level. These rules will be easy to follow for the rest of your life, so that you will not have to worry about gaining weight ever again.
